Here’s what you can expect

You will get access to an investment readiness program, individualized coaching based on your needs, networking opportunities at signature events with industry partners and investors, founders events, and access to a flexible co-working space.

Investment Readiness Program: This program is made to make you ready for our investor events. Find out more in the table beneath.

Individualized Coaching: We have a big pool of experts who will support you based on your needs. This could be sales experts, startup lawyers, investors or more. You will receive a voucher you can use to work with our experts of your choice.

Co-Working Space Access: You will receive exclusive 24/7 access for half a year to a state-of-the-art co-working space, providing a supportive environment for growth, collaboration, and innovation.

Networking Events: Engage with a vibrant community of like-minded entrepreneurs, industry partners and investors to foster collaboration, spark creativity, and drive innovation in the energy and environmental sectors.

Hands-On Support: Benefit from hands-on support, feedback, and mentorship throughout the program, enabling you to refine your business models, validate your ideas, and position yourselves for success in the market.

Partner Events: You will get access to selected signature events by our partners in energy & environment, such as the Energy & Environment Innovation Day, the Sustainability Booster Kick-Off or the Smart Energy Party.

Week 2

Go-To-Market Strategy & Marketing/Communications

Dive into strategies to position your product effectively in the market and learn how to clearly communicate your product’s value to customers and investors.

Financials

Deep dive into startup financials – from key metrics and projections to aligning your financial positioning with investor expectations.

Week 4

Legal

Prepare your startup for due diligence and ensure legal compliance for investment readiness.

Week 5

Investor Relationships

Learn how to identify, approach, and build lasting relationships with the right investors – nurturing connections that unlock funding opportunities.

Week 6

Pitch Training Workshop

Refine your pitch with expert feedback to sharpen your content and delivery, enabling you to communicate your vision with confidence and clarity.

Week 7

Strategy Forward Coaching

Receive personalized 1:1 coaching tailored to your unique challenges, helping you solidify and sharpen your strategic direction.

Weeks 8 & 9

Time for Coaching & Preparation

Use this time to polish your pitch, sharpen your financials, and consolidate everything you’ve learned – with close guidance from mentors and coaches.
