Michael Kuhn is an experienced lawyer who specializes in the innovation and technology sector. His core competencies include advising on intellectual property law (licenses, copyrights, inventions) as well as corporate law matters relating to financing and transactions, such as capital increases, acquisitions, mergers or demergers. Michael regularly advises start-ups and spin-offs, investors, entrepreneurs and domestic and international companies.
