Startup Stories: Meet the Founders at RUNWAY Startup Incubator

In this Startup Stories, you will get the chance to meet founders from the RUNWAY Startup Incubator. Our incredible founders will share their experiences about pitching to investors, how they started their company and what you should look out for when doing the same. And of course: you get the chance to ask all your burning questions about startup life, the founding process and anything else you are curious about!

The event takes place at the Technopark Winterthur in the conference hall, followed by an apéro at the Technopark Bistro. The event will be held in English.

Speakers

Nicolas Huber

As a passionate paraglider pilot, Nicolas Huber, founder and CEO of InnoThunder GmbH, can hardly imagine anything more beautiful than discovering our world from above and exploring new perspectives. He feels at home in the cloud and enjoys experimenting with innovative technologies. With his tech startup InnoThunder, he has set out to reduce the high number of paragliding accidents through data-driven technology and thereby increase safety in this beautiful sport. Software engineering and electrical engineering, business development and fundraising – working in a startup is diverse, intense and rewarding. And if his vision succeeds, up to 70% of all accidents in paragliding could be prevented – that’s what drives him. Happy landings!

Kevin Willeit

Kevin Willeit is the founder and CEO of Findmee, a startup with an innovative solution for the construction industry. His entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 18 during his IT apprenticeship, when he set out to solve his own problem with lost items. What initially started as a simple hardware project took a different strategic direction when Kevin made his first connections in the construction industry. To this day, Findmee focuses on the construction sector, offering not only precise tracking but also software modules such as predictive maintenance and a reporting tool for several construction companies already relying on Findmee. Additionally, Kevin contributes to the startup ecosystem as a speaker at events like Startup Days. He also contributed to his apprenticeship company winning the prestigious CSEM Digital Journey Award with a prize of CHF 100,000.

Ashima Saxena

Ashima Saxena is the CEO and Co-Founder of LivXp, a global fan engagement platform designed to transform every cheer into a lasting connection between sports fans and their idols. With nearly two decades of experience driving digital innovation in financial services, she brings a rare combination of strategic leadership, technology expertise, and entrepreneurial vision to the sports industry. Together with two close friends who shared her passion for sports and recognized the need for more meaningful fan experiences, she co-founded LivXp. The platform is redefining fan engagement by creating immersive, seamless experiences that connect stadiums, screens, and sponsors into a single ecosystem.
