We are excited to welcome two outstanding speakers, Cindy König and Debora Meier, who will share their entrepreneurial journeys, lessons learned, and visions for the future. In this edition, they will also dive deep into the power of Personal Branding — why it is crucial for founders, how it can elevate your startup, and the concrete advantages it brings in building trust, visibility, and lasting impact. Cindy König

Cindy König is a behaviour change expert and founder of Nutrition Zurich GmbH, a science-led company helping entrepreneurs and professionals build physical and mental strength. Drawing from her interdisciplinary background in Clinical Psychology, Master’s in Health Sciences and Medicine, and Nutrition Science at ETH Zürich, she has guided many of Zürich’s top entrepreneurs through transformative health journeys. Having rebuilt her own life and health after moving to Switzerland from South Africa, Cindy is passionate about the power of habits. Through her media content, coaching, and public speaking, she debunks health myths and shares practical strategies that empower high achievers to get into the best shape of their lives and shape up their lives in the process.

Debora Meier

Debora Meier is a LEGO artist and founder of BrickDesign4All. In addition to creating her own artwork, she develops hands-on STEM Lab courses that encourage geometry understanding as well as pattern recognition and reproduction through playful experimentation with LEGO bricks. Beyond her creative practice, Debora offers workshops for start-up founders on Personal Branding, Thought Leadership, Audience Growth, and Digital Ecosystem Development, equipping them with the tools to grow their visibility and influence.
