This Startup Stories event by STARTUP CAMPUS is organized in collaboration with the ETH Zurich and the Impact Hub Zurich.

Jérôme Zürcher
Jérôme is a seasoned transformation expert specializing in helping startups in acquiring AI skills, monetizing their data assets, and boosting their valuations with Data & AI. He successfully led two corporate ventures through market launch and scale-up, and sits on startup advisory boards. Jérôme teaches AI strategy to executive students at ETH Zurich, holds a degree in physics engineering from EPFL Lausanne, and an MAS MTEC degree from ETH.

Federico Pirovano, CEO & Founder Dynius
Federico graduated in Automation Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan in 2018 with full marks and honors. He then moved to Zurich in 2018 to study at ETH Zurich, where he graduated in 2021 in the Master of Science in Data Science with full marks in his thesis. Federico was awarded by the Polytechnic of Milan as one of the best freshmen of the year 2016 and was ranked first out of 256 students in the Dynamic Programming and Optimal Control exam at ETH Zürich, a course to which he will contribute as Teaching Assistant the year following. After his studies, Federico founded the startup Dynius, with the mission of spreading the application of artificial intelligence in the Italian and Swiss industrial world. Dynius is now an official spin-off of ETH Zurich and affiliated to the ETH AI Center. Federico was also Visiting Professor at the University of Bergamo in 2022 for the Economics and Business Management course.
