Alina Russ is a Swiss entrepreneur, consultant, and personal branding expert. She began her career in the international hospitality industry, holding marketing roles at companies such as Marriott International and InterContinental Hotels. In 2017, she founded Lola’s Kitchen, a fully bootstrapped food-commerce startup that generated CHF 500,000 in revenue and secured nearly CHF 1 million in seed funding. Navigating the highs and lows of scaling a premium startup gave her deep insights into resilience, strategy, and operations. Today, Alina helps companies with strategic positioning, go-to-market strategies, and digital growth, while guiding founders and professionals in defining and communicating their personal brand. She is also writing her first book, exploring resilience and lessons learned as a female entrepreneur.
