Fuck up Night
Feel the startup groove

Fuckup Nights is a global series of events focussing on sharing one thing:
Dare to share Fuck ups!
Stories of businesses that go bust, partnership deals that fall apart, products that had to be recalled – every detail is spilled! Raw, honest, and with a smirk!
Together with the Entrepreneurship Club and the Innovation Park Zurich, we are excited to invite you to the Innovation Park Zurich for a night full of learning and laughter.
Join us when four Startup Founders from Zurich talk about what NOT to do:
- Pascal Uffer, Founder Boost Inc.
- Alina Russ, Founder Lola’s Kitchen
- Oliver & Merlin Ouboter, Founders Microlino
The Event Hangar opens at 6.00 pm and we start the program at 6.30 pm.
After the Fuck ups, we would like to invite you to a lively Ape´ro with drinks, snacks and networking.
Register now, as seats are limited, and get ready for a fun night to remember!
We are excited to see you at the Event!

Pascal Uffer, Founder of Boost Inc.
In 2020, Pascal founded Boostbar within 3 years, they became one of the fastest-growing startups, reaching CHF 15 million in revenue and over 100 people. A success with unlikely odds – he was hit with a terminal cancer diagnosis (NSCLC stage 4b) 15 months in, and survived thanks to modern medicine… and an unreasonable amount of luck. His previous career spanned 4 continents, as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, in private equity at KKR, and as the Group COO of Selecta. He holds an engineering degree and an MBA from INSEAD.

Alina Russ, Founder of Lola's Kitchen
Alina Russ is a Swiss entrepreneur and expert in personal branding. She began her career in the international hotel industry and held various marketing positions, including at Marriott International & InterContinental Hotels. In 2017, Alina founded Lola’s Kitchen, a food-commerce startup, using social media with “Zero Capital.” In 4 years, she generated revenue of CHF 500,000, securing a seed round of nearly 1 million Swiss francs. Currently, she is a marketing manager for an IT e-commerce company and is writing her first book about resilience as a female entrepreneur.

Oliver & Merlin Ouboter, Founders of Microlino
Oliver & Merlin Ouboter were involved in the family business Micro from an early age – his father invented the micro scooter and the kickboard in 1999. During Oliver’s studies at the University of St.Gallen and Merlin’s at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences, they founded the Microlino project together in 2015. In 2020 they were listed in the Forbes 30under30 list for entrepreneurial achievements. The production of the Microlino started in their factory in Turin in 2022, after receiving over 36,000 reservations.
