After the course you will have:

  • Application-oriented, practice-based knowledge in business development
  • Solutions for your growth strategy and new approaches to develop products and markets to maximise impact
  • Concrete tools and performance criteria for the implementation of solutions
  • An interesting network of coaches, trainers, consultants and participants

 

You bring the following:

  • You have already established your social startup and have been operating for some time
  • Your growth targets and other challenges have been identified
  • You have or hope to develop a scalable impact-driven business model

 

Please note: The first and last session will be held in Zurich, the other sessions are held online. It is mandatory to attend the first and last sessions in person (see course plan below).

This course will be held in cooperation with our partner EPFL Innovation Park.
