The Asia Entrepreneurship Training Program (AETP) is a start-up accelerator for Swiss entrepreneurs, providing them with access to the start-up ecosystem in Indonesia and the ASEAN countries.

The Swiss-Indonesian Start-up Accelerator is a free program by the Swiss Government under mandate by the Leading House Asia of ETH Zurich and in collaboration with the ZHAW School of Management & Law. The program is for advanced start-ups and social-impact projects that seek funding for an internationalization of their venture in Switzerland and/or the ASEAN countries with focus on Indonesia. The AETP is open to all fields of science and technologies; participation is free of charge for all teams.

Admission criteria:

It must be ADVANCED VENTURE (not seed stage and not established yet) with a COMPLETE CORE TEAM that is ready to launch internationally
You have a unique idea (disruptive concept) and a MARKET VALIDATED MVP (for-profit) or IMPACT FEASIBILITY STUDY (social-impact projects)
Team is SEEKING FUNDING to finance the GROWTH STAGE OF THE INTERNATIONAL VENTURE in context of the above countries, i.e. you have a roadmap for the investment horizon and specific milestones to reach (goals)
Team has a 3-5 YEAR ROADMAP with specific MILESTONES (goals and dates) that link your funding to the achievement of milestones, which consists of activities in product development, business development, organizational development, and internationalization.

If your venture does not meet these criteria yet you may want to approach a local incubator near you that specializes in seed-stage funding.
